after explosives and guns were found in a student&#8217;s dorm room. \u00a0The student was found dead by a self inflicted gun shot. \u00a0Students were moved to the UCF arena and await questioning.<\/p>\n<p><!--more Read more--><\/p>\n<p>Authorities were called the Tower 1 dorm around 12 a.m. after a fire alarm went off. \u00a0Students thought that the fire alarm was just a drill but when they encountered an officer evacuating the\u00a0students\u00a0with a machine gun they knew it could be something more serious. \u00a0<a title=\"Weapons, explosives found in dorm on Florida college campus\" href=\"http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/news\/nation\/nationnow\/la-nn-hundreds-evacuated-florida-campus-dorm-20130318,0,4707767.story\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Police found an assault weapon, a hand gun, and explosives.<\/a> \u00a0FBI was called on the scene to see if the explosives needed to be disarmed.<\/p>\n<p>University classes have been canceled for Monday for safety precautions. \u00a0Authorities have reassured that the students are not in any danger. \u00a0About 500 students were sent to the UCF arena and counseling has been suggested for any student that needs
