Gilberto Valle’s sick and disturbing fetish is described by his defense lawyer Julia Gatto as a, “vibrant subculture of role playing.” \u00a0Gatto is taking an extreme angle defending Valle in his actions of using police databases to find, kidnap, rape, and cannibalize about 100 women. \u00a0They are resting on the mere fact that Valle never acted on his thoughts and how can you convict someone for simply talking and thinking about killing women.<\/p>\n

Kathleen Mangan-Valle, Gilberto’s wife, thinks differently along with the United States prosecutor. \u00a0“It wasn’t porn. That was dead people.”<\/a>\u00a0 Prosecution is claiming that the conversations Gilberto was having about these women were strategic and real. \u00a0Kathleen found chats and emails about her personal friend and herself. \u00a0Whether it is an alarming fantasy or some type of plan Gilberto wrote that his wife would be, “tied up by my feet and my throat slit, and they would have fun watching the blood gush out.” \u00a0Kathleen told the FBI of his chats, emails, and weird behavior and took their child to her parents house across the U.S.<\/p>\n

He also mentioned kidnapping and killing Kathleen’s friend and stuffing her in a suitcase. \u00a0<\/a>With his access to the police database he could locate the women, have a picture to the name, and follow their daily routines. \u00a0It is chilling to think that as a police officer there is no limit to what he could do.<\/p>\n

The defense still stands,\u00a0“You can’t convict people for their thoughts, even if they’re sick.” \u00a0I guess that is up to the judge to decide.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
