The Philly Phanatic, the most sued mascot in sports, is implicated in yet another personal injury lawsuit. This time, the suit stems from a routine in which the beloved mascot tossed a woman into the shallow end of a pool. She supposedly suffered massive damage in the scuffle and is now suing for damages.
