Among the conditions that could possibly prevent an individual from renewing their license, being able to walk across the DMV without a supportive mobility device is not one of them.  Based on certain symptoms, such as confusion, shortness of breath, impulsive behaviors, or impaired response time, DMV workers are trained to identify potentially unsafe drivers.  The federal courts are left to decide whether or not the rights of a 78-year-old woman were violated when she was instructed to walk without her cane and subsequently fell and broke her wrist. Six Flags Off Track Adventure

Rollercoaster lawsuit

A lawsuit has been filed against Six Flags after a roller coaster accident resulted in head injuries for 2 riders. The accident occurred on July 7th when one of the carts on the coaster partially derailed. The roller coaster accident occurred when a tree branch fell on the track, hitting the first car and causing the cart to derail. According to NBC Los Angeles, 22 riders were left suspended for several hours and four people were later treated for injuries.
