A Northern California Superior Court Judge ruled that the 1.1 billion dollar expenses associated with the removal of lead paint and any related building deficiencies of residences built prior to 1978 will lay in the laps of three major paint manufacturers.

After an unsuccessful presidential run, Donald Trump has recently been announced as a defendant in an upcoming civil suit seeking 40 million dollars in restitutive damages. The civil suit, which has been brought upon by the New York State Attorney General, contends that Donald Trump and the Trump organization misinformed the public and engaged in illegal and deceptive business practices. This school that was unaccredited ran in various locations across the United States.

In a surprising result, the Atlantic County Supreme Court reaffirmed the casino’s right to terminate a Borgata Babe’s employment contract solely on the premise of weight gain. The group of 22 Borgata babes filed suit in direct response to their considered stringent employment stipulations.
